3. Commitment to Satisfaction

4. Cancellation by Client
Clients have the right to cancel or terminate their project at any point during its development. In the event of a cancellation:
- Non-Refundable Payments: Any payments made towards the project up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.
- Billing for Completed Work: Clients will be billed for all work completed up to the time of cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to, design work, development progress, and any other tasks performed in relation to the project.
5. Cancellation by Aced Empire LLC
Aced Empire LLC reserves the right to cancel any project that is deemed abandoned. A project is considered abandoned if there is no client response or engagement for a period exceeding 30 days. In the event of such cancellation:
- Forfeiture of Rights: The client forfeits all rights to the project and any associated work.
- Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made towards the abandoned project are non-refundable.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding billing or project deliverables, Aced Empire LLC encourages clients to reach out to our customer service team to resolve the issue amicably. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and fairly.
7. Modifications to the Policy
